  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Dylan Oaks packaging to ensure it remains protected and scratch-free during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
